What it does

The novelty mechanism opens a bottle and ejects it in one hand-operated motion.

My contribution

I designed the multi-part assembly in SolidWorks and prepared the parts for 3D printing.

Technical highlight

The spring-loaded lever transfers motion through cams and a Scotch yoke, giving the small mechanism a staged opening and ejection movement.

Results and status

This was a personal mechanical project for exploration and fun, rather than a commercial product.
